Tribestan is a product from plant origin, which has been
extracted from over the ground surface part of the plant
Tribulus terrestris L. by an original technology of Sopharma.
It contains at least 45% of standardized saponins of furostanole
type. The general stimulating action of Tribestan has been
shown experimentally. However, the mechanisms of this action
are not totally explained.

Carsil
(Silymarin) is a product of plant origin with hepatoprotective and antioxidative
action. The active component of Carsil is Silymarin derived from Silibum
Marianum (Milk Thistle, Bulgarian White Thorn).
Tabex
(Cytisine) is an original Bulgarian preparation of plant origin, intended
for the treatment of tobacco smoking. The preparation is developed on the
basis of the alkaloid Cytisine.
Nivalin
(Galantamine) is isolated from Galanthus nivalis var. gracilis (snowdrop),
is an alkaloid with anticholinesterase action – inhibits the activity of
cholinesterase, stabilizes acetylcholine, exhibits cholinomitetic effect.
