ACTION:
Pomorie lye contains a series of physiologically important micro- and macroelements, as well as collids, acids, bases and other organic substances. It has antiphlogistic activity inhibiting the pathogenic bacterial flora and stimulating the immunobiological defense reactions: phagocytosis and formation of defense bodies. At the same time it stimulates granulation and epithelization of the wound surface.

Painfulness is observed after the initial bandage with Vulnusan in varisoce ulcers and ulcers of Buerger's disease.

In large suppurative cavities the instilled quantity should not exceed 10-15 g. In the beginning the bandages are changed daily and when the wound surface is filled with granulation tissue and inflammatory symptoms abate, the bandages are changed every second day.
