Cardiogenic shock, grave hypotension, during the first three months
of pregnancy. In recent myocardial infarction to be administered
under strict physician's control.
A slight deceleration of the frequency of heart contractions is
induced by long-term administration, as well as reduction of
arterial pressure. Syndopharm sometimes causes headache, nausea and
vomiting, which abate after the dose is reduced.
Blood pressure should be controlled regularly, especially in
patients with unstable hypertension.
The treatment is carried out under physician's control and is
initiated with 1/2-1 tablet, twice daily. In more severe cases - 1
tablet, every 6-8 h.
